FAQ's

What delivery service do you offer?

All orders will be dispatched the same day if the order is placed before 3 pm, or the next day after this time. 

Orders are delivered by Evri.  We offer their Next Day and Standard Delivery Service which can be selected at Checkout.

How do I track my order?

The majority of parcels are shipped by Evri on their Next Day or Standard 2 to 3 Day Service.  You can select your preferred choice at checkout.  You will receive your tracking number in your order fulfilment email.

You will receive SMS and email updates from Evri.

Smaller items such as greetings cards and wrapping paper are sent by post and no tracking information is available.

Is your packaging eco-friendly?

Yes, "The Rosy Robin Company" uses recycled and recyclable kraft cardboard boxes, envelopes, nesting and tissue paper and all our packaging is plastic free.

We only work with independent, eco-friendly UK brands who are also working hard towards the best earth friendly packaging solutions.  Details of specific product packaging can be found on each product page and "Meet the Designer" tab.  If you need any more information, please contact hello@therosyrobin.co.uk  

How are the gift boxes packaged?

The individual products are protected by recycled kraft nesting (which comes in various colours) and then gift wrapped in The Rosy Robin recycled tissue paper, secured by a branded sticker.  We have a variety of boxes depending on the size of the gift box all of which are eco-friendly, made from recycled cardboard.  Most boxes are pink with an easy open pull tab. 

Can I amend my order?

Once an order has been placed it is unlikely that we will be able to make any changes, but please email us at hello@therosyrobin.co.uk and we will try our best to make the changes if the order hasn't been processed. 

Returns Policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

There's a problem with my order what should I do?

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.  

Please use the "Contact us" form or email hello@therosyrobin.co.uk and outline the issue attaching images for illustration if appropriate.  We aim to respond to all enquiries within 24 hours.
